Oil to Grease plate

Take a pan. Pour gudh in that.. And only cook til it melts...

Add chopped peanut and mix well

Grease plate

Put the mixture on it

Cut into cubes

Let it cool so that it can set

Thats it.. Your yummy jaggery is ready to eat..

Cool properly before storing it in air tight container
