Mix Suji, besan, add water and make batter.. Take chopped vegetables and mix in the batter.. Add all the spices.. Put oil..Mix well and keep aside

Take kadai..heat oil..add rai..Green chilli and curry patta.. Cook fr 5 to 10 seconds.. Add eno in the batter and pour the batter in kadai.. Cover the lid and cook at medium heat for 10 to 15 mins.. Open and check in between

Flip the Handvo..and cook from other sides.. Place it on tawa if you want it to be more crispy

Cut into pieces and garnish with fresh corriender leaves

Serve hot with green chutney.. Ketchup. Coconut chutney and curd
