Steps

Firstly properly wash rice and soak it for 10 minutes.
Now put milk in a pan and boil it on high flame and after a boil put soaked rice into it. - 2
Now medium the flame and add cardamom (choti elaichi) and kesar into it so that they spread all their flavors into kheer. Mix them and cook it for 20 minutes.
In regular stir it and don’t let milk stick to sides of pan - 3
After 20 minutes low the flame and press rice little bit with big spoon so that it properly get mix with milk.
