First we will prepare green purie. For that we will add chopped cilantro and mint leaves+lemon juice+green chilli

In a pan we will take some desi ghee. When it will be hot we will add all whole garam masala. Then we will add chopped onion. We will fry it till it the onion becomes pink in color.(medium flame)

We will add chicken pcs into it and will fry it till the water goes off (medium flame).

Once chicken fries well we will add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 3-4 mins.

We will add all spices (garam masala powder, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder) (slow flame). Stir it well and mix all the ingredients properly.

Now add the gree purie. Mix it well and cook it for 2 mins. now Add yogurt and mix it very well and add salt as per the taste. Cover the pan and cook it or 5 mins. (Medium flame).

Now add crushed fenugreek leaves and mix it. Chicken hariyali is ready now.
