  • 3-4Lambi kati Gajar:
  • 1lambi kati Shimla mirch
  • 2lambi kati French Beans
  • 1/2 cupmatar ke dane
  • 1/2 cuppaneer (square pieces)
  • 2lambe kate aaloo
  • Hara dhaniya
  • 1lamba kata tamatar
  • 2finely chopped pyaaz
  • Finely chopped Hari mirch
  • Finely chopped Adrak
  • Namak
  • Haldi
  • Lal mirch
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1/4 tbspsugar
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Kadhai mein oil daal kar pyaaz, hari mirch aur adrak brown hone tak bhoone.

  2. 2

    Ek taraf lambi kati sari sabzio ko 2-3 ubaal lekr ubaal le.

  3. 3

    Ab pake hue pyaaz mein, sarey masaale, tomato sauce, tamatar aur cheeni daale.

  4. 4

    2 min pakane ke baad ab isme kaccha paneer, ubli hui sabziya aur agar zrurat pade toh 1/2 cup paani dal kar 5 min tak pakaye.

  5. 5

    Ab bani hui sabziya mein hara dhaniya garnish kar ke serve karein.

  6. 6

    Aapki JHAALFREZI ban kar taiyar hai.
