Kadhai mein oil daal kar pyaaz, hari mirch aur adrak brown hone tak bhoone.

Ek taraf lambi kati sari sabzio ko 2-3 ubaal lekr ubaal le.

Ab pake hue pyaaz mein, sarey masaale, tomato sauce, tamatar aur cheeni daale.

2 min pakane ke baad ab isme kaccha paneer, ubli hui sabziya aur agar zrurat pade toh 1/2 cup paani dal kar 5 min tak pakaye.

Ab bani hui sabziya mein hara dhaniya garnish kar ke serve karein.
