Heat clarified butter in a pan.

Add whole garam masala to crackle.

Add onion and fry till brown.

Add ginger garlic and saute for 2 - 3 mins.'

Add tomato puree and mix well.

Add spinach / palak puree and saute for 3 - 4 mins.

Add green chilli,red chilli powder,mint leavesand corn and mix well.

Serve hot with chapaties.
