preheat oven to 350°F

cut chicken into 1 inch cubes

cut sliced bacon into thirds

wrap chicken with bacon and secure with toothpicks

stir together brown sugar and chilli powder

dredge wrapped chicken in mixture

coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray

place chicken wrap on pan

bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp
