Wash and soak rice in fresh water. Let stand for one hour or overnight is best.

Drain rice in sieve and wait one hour before cooking

Wash azuki beans and in small sauce pan add 2 cups water and boil, and then simmer for 30 minutes... Drain beans, reserving the liquid to cook. Do not let beans dry out.

In rice cooker, add rice and beans with 3 cup of water, are 1/2 tsp salt, including the azuki bean water.

Add black sesame seeds before serviing
