Ingredients

  1. 500 gRohu fish
  2. 1 tbspMustard powder
  3. 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tbspgram masala powder
  5. 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tbspHaldi powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 tbspkhas khas paste
  10. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  11. as neededMustard oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the spices in the fish. Mix well with one spoon of oil.

    After the merinet rest it for 30 min
