Ingredients

  • 500 gRohu fish
  • 1 tbspMustard powder
  • 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspgram masala powder
  • 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbspHaldi powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspkhas khas paste
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • as neededMustard oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the spices in the fish. Mix well with one spoon of oil.

    After the merinet rest it for 30 min

    Mix well and fry it with mustard oil on medium fleam till golden brown.
