Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 3 cupsdesiccated coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 cupvirgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 cupfruit-sweetened maple syrup

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Line a tray with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Melt the coconut oil (microwave on medium heat works well).

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients in a bow and mix vigorously.

    Wet your hands slightly, then form the mix into small balls and place onto the tray.

    Put in the fridge until firm.
