Ingredients

  • 250 gmchap
  • 100 gmpaneer diced
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 1/2 cupmalai
  • 1 packetchap masala
  • 1 cupOnion..ginger..tomato paste
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 1 cupmilk for gravy

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the chap till soft..now cut into pieces..

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl add malayi..chap... chap masala 2tsp..marinate for 10 minutes..

  3. 3

    Then saute it in the pan..

  4. 4

    Take a wok add ghee..onion tomato masala..saute till ghee gets seperated..

  5. 5

    Now add chap masala..sautéd chap..boiled peas..and paneer.. add 1 cup of milk.. boil it for 2 minutes.. ready to serve
