Ingredients

1 hour
3 servings
  • 10arbi leaves
  • 1&1/2 cups gramflour
  • 1/2 cupGrated jaggery
  • 2 tablespoonstamarind pulp (soaked in water for 15minutes)
  • 1/4 teaspoonfennel powder
  • 2green chilies paste
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • for tempering:-
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1 sprigcurry leaves
  • 1 pinchasaefotida
  • 4 tablespoonscooking oil

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil and make thick paste.

  2. 2

    Take 5 leaves, apply batter on 1 leaves and on it 2 leaves and apply batter do same till last leaves done, roll it and cut into pieces.

  3. 3

    Steam it in steamer and tempered.

  4. 4

    Serve in plate
