Steps

Mix the sugar and milk in a bowl and leave it to soak.

In a separate bowl,mix flour and ground nutmeg.then rub the margarine into the flour till it has mixed very well.leaving no lump.

Add the sugar/milk mixture to the margarine/flour mixture and mix by hand till a smooth dough is achieved.

Place the dough on a smooth surface and start kneading gently with a dough roller.

When the dough is flat cut into desirable sizes.

Deep fry in a hot vegetable oil.while frying stir always till deep brown colour.
- 7
Scoope out when is done into a flat tray to dry and cool immediately.
- 8
When it has cooled store in a dry airtight container.
