    Suji or Maide ko chan le.pani mein gur or chini dal kar piglne tak boil kar le.Dusri tarf ek karahi mein ghee dal kar suji ko sim gas per rakh kar roast kar le. Thore se dryfruit dal de.jab light brown ho jaye to es mein gur wala pani dal kar jaldi jaldi kerchi se helate jaye. Thick hone per uper thora sa ghee or dryfruit dal kar garamgaramsarve kere.
