1 table spoonsalt
1 litrewater
250 mloil to fry
1cucumber
2tomatoes
1/4onion
halflemon juice

Peel potatoes wash twice in clean water

In a litre water deep chips with salt

Take out in a clean towel then deep in hot oil fry
4

Peel cucumber chop in round shape add tomato onion salt oil and vineger mix well and serve with chips
