1/4 kgpork stake
2 tbsFor Marinade / soysauce
1/4 tspSalt
black and White pepper for seasoning
50 mlcooking oil
1 tspDry mixed herbs
1 tspMixed Spice

Mix the ingridients to prepare Marinade
2

Marinate for 20mins

Heat oil in a frying pan on medium Heat and toss the Meat Until Brown in colour
4

Add in the finely chopped onions and allow to sweat for 3mins while stiring
5

Correct seasoning and sprinkle rosemary on top then serve Hot
