Soak the bulgur wheat and grind it until very fine.

Season the kibbeh dough with salt and a little mixed spices.

For the filling: Finely chop the onions, sauté them in oil, and cook until soft.

Add the ground meat (kofta) to the onions, stir, and season with spices.

Once the filling is ready, add the peas, carrots, and fried pistachios, and mix well.

Start shaping the kibbeh.

Fry the kibbeh in corn oil.

Soak the rice and set aside.

Boil the chicken; after boiling, fry it.

To prepare the yogurt sauce, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch and the bouillon cube, then add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

For the rice, fry the vermicelli noodles, add the rice, 1 tablespoon salt, and cook.

Once everything is ready, serve and enjoy.
