Ingredients

  • Beef Schnitzel steaks
  • Minced garlic
  • Chopped parsley
  • Sliced capsicum
  • Chopped tomato (de-seeded)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Lay beef out on a flat surface

    Use toothpicks to keep them together.

    Fry in a pan on medium heat, before turning over for the first time add chilli flakes.

    When finished remove the toothpicks, slice on an angle and serve.
