Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupdahi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoonmethi dana
  • 1/4 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  • 1/2 teaspoonsonf
  • 1/2 teaspoonoil
  • 1/4 teaspoonkalaunji
  • 1/2 cuphara dhaniya kata hua
  • 1/2 teaspoonhari mirch cut ki hui
  • 1 table spoonpowderd sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    1st step heat oil in a pan add saunf, jeera methi, kalaunji, and mustard seeds and mix well.

  2. 2

    Jab ye sb chatakne lage to flame off kar dijiye ar ye achari masala 1 bowl me remove kar lijiye.

  3. 3

    Take a mixer jar add achari Masala, dahi, green chilli, hara dhaniya, and sugar and grinde it.

  4. 4

    Ab ye sb grinde karke ek smood paste bana lijiye.

  5. 5

    Remove paste in a bowl and isko 1 houre ke liye refrigeretor me thanda hone ke liye rakh dijiye.

  6. 6

    Ready to eat achari dip.

  7. 7

    Serve cool achari dip with khakhra.
