1st step heat oil in a pan add saunf, jeera methi, kalaunji, and mustard seeds and mix well.

Jab ye sb chatakne lage to flame off kar dijiye ar ye achari masala 1 bowl me remove kar lijiye.

Take a mixer jar add achari Masala, dahi, green chilli, hara dhaniya, and sugar and grinde it.

Ab ye sb grinde karke ek smood paste bana lijiye.

Remove paste in a bowl and isko 1 houre ke liye refrigeretor me thanda hone ke liye rakh dijiye.

Ready to eat achari dip.

Serve cool achari dip with khakhra.
