1/2 cupsliced onion
1/2 cupsliced green red yellow peppers
3/4 cupbroccoli , or any other fresh veggies you like
1/3 clovegarlic minced
3/4 tspgarlic salt
1/2 tspginger
2 tbspsoy sauce
1/3 tspsafflower oil
1 dashslivered almonds

Add safflower oil to pan. Next add shrimp then all veggies and cook till shrimp is done and veggies are tender.
