Ingredients

  1. 8 mediumpeeled deveined cooked shrimp with tails off.
  2. 1/2 cupsliced onion
  3. 1/2 cupsliced green red yellow peppers
  4. 3/4 cupbroccoli , or any other fresh veggies you like
  5. 1/3 clovegarlic minced
  6. 3/4 tspgarlic salt
  7. 1/2 tspginger
  8. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 1/3 tspsafflower oil
  10. 1 dashslivered almonds

Cooking Instructions

    Add safflower oil to pan. Next add shrimp then all veggies and cook till shrimp is done and veggies are tender.

    Next add garlic salt, ginger,and soy sauce mix.

  3. 3

    Serve over brown rice and sprinkle with slivered almonds
