  • 1 cupsugar powdered
  • 1 cupmelted ghee
  • 2 pinchElaichi powder
  • 1 tspnamak
  • 2 cupnamak for baking

Steps

  1. 1

    Maida besan rava ko chan le

  2. 2

    Sugar aur ghee ko achhi tarah milakar usme ata Elaichi powder namak milkar dough banaye

  3. 3

    Cooker ki citi aur rubber nikal kar namak dalkar stand rakh kar 5min garam karein

  4. 4

    Dough se chote nimbukesize balls banakar bhich mein angute se dabakar chironji lagaye

  5. 5

    Grease lagi thali mein rakh kar 20min bake karein
