Ingredients

Cake
2 cupflour
1 cupwhite sugar
1 cupbrown sugar
2 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspnutmeg
1/2 tspvanilla
1 cupchopped walnuts (optional)
20 ozcan of crushed pineapple
Cream Cheese Frosting
8 ozcream cheese, softened
1cube of butter, softened
1 tspvanilla
2 cuppowdered sugar

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients, including pineapple JUICE, and miz thoroughly. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13x2 baking dish. Bake 30-35 mins. Let cool completely.

Combine all frosting ingredients together and beat with mixer until smooth and creamy. Ice the cake when COMPLETELY cooled. Enjoy!!
