4 serving

1 kgPomo
1/4 kgFresh pepper
Salt
1/2 kgAta rodo
1/4 kgGroundnut oil
2stock cubes

Steps

Wash the pomo and boil with salt for 30minutes.make sure is soft of not boil till is soft.

Wash the ata rodo and fresh pepper and blend.

Fry all for 5minutes in a hot groundnut oil.

Add 2cksp of water then the pomo,add salt and stock cubes.

Cover and boil for 8more minutes.
