  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2/3 cupvinegar
  • 1 tspdry mustard
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 tspgrated onion
  • 1 cupolive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsppoppy seeds

    Combine sugar, dry mustard, salt and onion in medium bowl.

  2. 2

    Add vinegar and whisk in the oil.

  3. 3

    You can add the poppy seeds now, they will be good for about 2 days, but I would wait till right before you serve.

  4. 4

    Best if served on baby spinich with sliced strawberries.
