Cut all the vegetables and wash them well. Allow the water to drain out completely.

Now take yogurt in a bowl and mix into it salt, pepper, mustard powder, sugar, olive oil. give it a good stir and mix properly.

Now place the vegies in a plate and add into it the lemon juice. pour the yogurt dressing before serving or else the vegies will start loosing water.
