Boil the chicken till tender.Drain out the water and marinate in Apple juice

In a dip based frying pan melt the butter. Mix together with a little water milkpowder and flour and add the mixture to the butter in a pan.

Keep stirring until the mixture smoothes. Add the garlic paste and salt sugar and blackpepper to the mixture. Add water and allow to boil.

Gradually add marinated Chicken pieces and stir continually till cooked.

Remove from flame Allow to cool a bit.Add whipped cream and chopped parsley leaves and serve.
