Ingredients

  1. Beef sirloin, cut with fat cap and tenderized flat
  2. 1/4 cupwhite sugar, salt and pepper to season meat
  3. Oyster sauce, chopped garlic, rice/cane vinegar to coat meat
  4. Canola oil for wok
  5. White rice, steamed(or use leftover)
  6. 5bulbs garlic in canola oil in wok
  7. Add white rice in garlic to fry
  8. Fry 2 eggs
  9. Too with diced green onions

    Season pounded meat sugar salt pepper;mix with hand. Add garlic, oyster sauce, vinegar. Let marinade for at least 30 min
