preheat oven to 425

Cut each potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half lengthwise into 4 equally sized wedges.

Add potatoes wedges to a large mixing bowl with rest of ingredients and toss well to coat potatoes evenly.

Line a sheet pan with foil. Place potatoes wedges skin down on foil and space evenly.

Bake 1.5 hours or until well browned, crusty edged and tender.
