Snowball Cookies for Christmas Snowball Cookies for Christmas
I make this not just for the Christmas season, but also at other times of the year.It is easy and cute, so my kids bring them as gifts when they visit their friends' houses. It is sweet and delicious.I always use margarine for cake as it is soft to mix and reasonably priced, but of course you can use butter instead. If you have cornstarch, use half cornstarch and half cake flour. It makes for a lighter texture. These will be pretty fragile just after baking, so please be gentle. Recipe by Nyanyadeko. cookpad.japan -

I thought they needed a little something else, so I added different ingredients and came up with this.I made this with twice the amount of ingredients so the photos would be clearer. For the egg, just one yolk is OK.Any kind of butter or margarine is fine.If the dough in Step 4 is too soft, add a little more pancake mix. Make sure you don't over-bake! Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
