Ingredients

  1. To soak venison
  2. 1 cupWhite vinegar
  3. Soup/Stew
  4. 3 lbVenison
  5. 1 lbPotatoes pealed and quartered
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 1 cangreen beans
  8. 1 cansweet peas
  9. 1 canbaby green Lima's
  10. 1 canWhite corn
  11. 1 canChopped tomatoes
  12. 1 canTomato sauce
  13. 5 cupwater ... give or take
  14. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  15. 2 tbspmeat tenderizer
  16. 1salt and pepper to taste

    this step is not required... only loosely suggested... in case you want to remove blood from the meat and/or wild taste

    overnight soak the venison in deep bowl of water with vinegar

  3. 3

    wash venison and cut into chunks

  4. 4

    places venison in stock pot and cover with water

  5. 5

    add seasoning.... and cook on medium for about an hour

  6. 6

    add all other ingredients and simmer for hours on end

  7. 7

    when the meat is tender and the potatoes too... it's done enjoy
