Add flour, sugar, and coconut flakes into a sauce pan

Combine the Cow's milk with the cream of coconut

Slowly add the milk mixture into the sauce pan, stiring constantly over medium heat

Once mixture has thickened and has started to buddle, remove from heat and let it cool...slightly

Seperate the egg yolks and whites (save the egg whites for meringue). Pour HALF of the cream mixture into the egg yolks and QUICKLY mix. Once the egg yolk and cream are well mixed return the cream back to the sauce pan and return to medium-low heat.

When mixture starts simmering again add the extracts and butter, stir for 5 more minutes, then remove from heat

Pour the cream into the pie crust and top with meringue

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Once done baking, let the pie cool to roughly room temperature, place inside of the fridge and chill for a couple hours.
