3 mediumChopped beetroot -
1 mediumChopped onion -
1 mediumChopped carrot -
1 mediumChopped tomato -
3 - 4Garlic cloves -
1 pinchBlack pepper powder -
to tasteSalt -
2 cupWater -
1 tbspButter -
1 tbspCream -

Heat butter in a pressure cooker.

Add beetroot,carrot,tomato,onion,garlic and mix well.

Add 3 cup of water and cover the lid of the pressure cooker.

When cooker release the whistle simmer the gas for 5mins.

Once cooled,we open the cooker lid.

Blend the mixture till smooth.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with fresh cream.

Serve hot.
