Ingredients

8 servings

2boiled potatoes
1/2 cupgrated carrot
2 spoonpeas slightly mashed
1 spoonchopped green chillies
1onion finely chopped
2 spoonsbeans finely chopped
1/2 cuprawa
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspchat masala
Pinchred chilli powder
as neededChopped coriander

1. Mashed potatoes and mix all ingredients.

2. Knead well and make dough.

3. Shape cutlets.

4. Coat lightly with Rawa.

5. Deep fry/ Shallow fry till crisp and golden brown.
