This is a very healthy beverage. I made because I wanted to taste how vegetable juice tastes like.

Scrape out the outer skin

Cut the carrots into chunks then blen in a blender to get the tomato puree

Pour it through a sieve to remove the solid stuff and unwanted fiber.

Discard the the pulp that has been seived.

Add in condensed milk and vanila essence. The amount depends on your taste.

Add nutmeg on top of the juice and mix lightly.

Serve when chil
