Steps

  1. 1

Add oil, honey and soy to a mixing bowl and mix to form a marinade. Add salt and pepper

  2. 2

Place tuna steaks in marinade, ensuring there are coated all over. Leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes

  3. 3

Peel potatoes, and cut into smaller pieces. Put potatoes and garlic cloves into pan of boiling water. Add salt and boil for about 13-15 minutes (or until very tender)

  4. 4

Put asparagus on baking tray, drizzle with Olive oil and season. Place in pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

  5. 5

Drain potatoes and remove garlic cloves. Remove the skin from garlic cloves and mash up with a fork. Add garlic, butter and milk to potatoes and mash

  6. 6

In a frying pan, over a medium heat add some olive oil - enough to cover the pan. Add the tuna steaks, and cook for 3 minutes either side (for well done) only turn the tuna once
