Ingredients

  1. 1 lbdry spaghetti noodles
  2. 4 lbchicken breast
  3. 1 tbspcajun seasoning
  4. 1 dashkosher salt
  5. 1/4 cupwater
  6. 2 ozwhite wine
  7. 1 clovegarlic
  8. 1/2 cantomato sauce
  9. 1/2 cupmilk
  10. 1/3 cupwing sauce
  11. 2 ozwhite wine vinegar
  12. 1 dashbasil
  13. 1 dashblack pepper
  14. 1 dashred pepper flake
  15. 1 dashparsley
  16. 2 tbspbutter
  17. 1 cupmushrooms (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cook noodles to al dente

    While noodles are cooking, coat chicken with cajun seasoning and kosher salt

  3. 3

    Blacken chicken in iron skillet

  4. 4

    Once a nice crust is formed, remove chicken and deglaze the pan with white wine, garlic and water (add mushrooms at this stage if desired)

    Once water has evaporated, add tomato sauce, milk, white wine vinegar, wing sauce (if desired, or use tabasco) and seasonings and bring to simmer

  6. 6

    Add chicken back to pan and simmer until chicken is at 160°F....do not overcook chicken!

    Remove chicken from sauce and cut on slight bias

  8. 8

    Drain noodles and toss with noodles, adding butter just before serving.

  9. 9

    Throw chicken on top and much that meat!
