Combine ingredients for Marinate in a large bowl. Add roast (4-5lbs). Put onto fridge for 3 days turning the meat twice a day.

Remove roast, pat dry and dust with flour. Heat 2Tbsp oil in pan, brown meat.

Put meat back into marinate and simmer for 2-3 hrs or until meat is tender. Remove meat, cover and keep warm in oven set at 200

Strain sauce, puree vegetables in a blender and return to the sauce.

Blend the Flour and Water and add to the sauce with the Brown Sugar. Cook sauce until thickened. Stirring well, add the Ginger Snaps and heat through.

Soice meat and serve with sauce.
