In a bowl take the beasn, spices and cumin seed mix it will

Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon curd into the beasn mixture

Start the knead it like a dough.add more curd if it's dry.but carefully not to add too much

Add a drops of oil to make it easier handle

Then divide it and roll them out long strips

Now boil this rounded strips in some water in a pan.

After few minutes they done take them out

Now cut the long strips into small pieces

Keep aside the gatte and prepare the base

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed and chopped green chilli and saute it til lightly brown

Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute it well

Now add the spices likes chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,heeng and mix it well

Add pinch of salt.then add 1 tablespoon curd in a pan

Mix the curd well.in masala

Onces oil comeup on the surfaces of masala then the gatte and mix it

Covered the pan for 3 to 5 minutes to completely cook

After cook the sabji then garnish with green coriander leaves
