Marinate the chicken with lemon Juice, salt and 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder and keep it aside for one hour.

In a mixing bowl, take hung curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp oil and mix all the ingredients with the help of a whisk.

Add the chicken pieces to it and mix it properly so that all the pieces are coated well with masala. Let it sit for 4-6 hours. Overnight marination will be best.

Grease a non-stick pan and grease it with oil and heat it on medium flame.

Now add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and cook it on low flame by flipping aside the pieces.

When the chicken pieces are 80% done, cook it on a grill over low flame for 5-8 mins.

Tandoori chicken is ready to serve.
