Heat oil in medium frying pan on medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger to oil and cook untill the garlic is soft.

Add soy sauce water and brown sugar to the pan with garlic and ginger. Bring liquid to a simmer for 3 min.

Put salmon in the liquid and cover with pan lid. Cook for 15 min covered then remove lid and cook for another 5 to 7 min.

Remove salmon from the liquid and squeeze lemon juice over it.
