Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions till brown in a sufuria.

    Add tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add the kales and fry till soft.

  4. 4

    Add beef cubes and a little bit of water.

  5. 5

    Add salt.

  6. 6

    Fry onions then tomatoes in a pan.

  7. 7

    Add beaten eggs and beef cubes.
