Add the jaggery to hot water

Let the jaggery completely dissolves in the hot water. Add a pinch of baking soda.

Add the rice flour and mix in the jaggery water. Make smooth dough.

Keep the dough covered for 5 to 7 min.

Divide dough into small balls of equal size.

Flatten the balls into half inch round balls and fry them in oil, till they are golden on both the sides.
