Steps

Cut the Suran in thin slices as per your choice. Soak in salt water for 15 mins.

Later wash and drain out all water and add dry masalas salt and lemon juice. Mix well and let it rest for 10-15 mins.

Mix rava and rice atta and coat the marinated Suran slices.

Shallow fry in a pan. If slices are thin no need to cover. But if you like thick slices. Cover and cook first time.
