Make a soft dough.Keep aside for 5 mins.

Knead again and make thin chapatti.

Stuff grated gud and spread all over.

Cover with other thin chapatti. Press edges very well b seal it properly.

Press with back side of the fork.

Roast on medium hot griddle till golden brown.

Apply ghee all over on paratha till golden and crispy.
- 8
Serve hot and enjoy with homemade fresh white butter.
