Palak ko barik kaat kar boil karein aur phir grind kar alag vessel me rakh le phir pan me oil daal kar jeera daale jab jeera brown ho jay tab barik kata onion daal kar fry karein phir ginger garlic paste aur saare masale ko daal kar fry karein phir grind palak ko daal kar phir se achi tarah fry karein phir 2cup paani daal daale jab gravy boil ho jaay tb paneer ke pieces daal kar ise cream se garnish kar garma garam serve karein.
