Ingredients

  1. 250 gmaida
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. as neededOil for frying
  4. 50 gbesan
  5. 200 gghee
  6. 200 gjaggery
  7. 200 gcoconut
  8. 1 tspcardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all take pan on medium flam gas.

  2. 2

    You can add ghee.

  3. 3

    And add besan still mix lite brown. And aroma started.

  4. 4

    You can add coconut powder and jaggery.

  5. 5

    And mix it well. And keep a side for cool.

  6. 6

    You can take another bowl for making dough.

  7. 7

    Maida and add ghee and water.

  8. 8

    Make like roti dough.and make puri.

  9. 9

    And above staffing add in puri.

  10. 10

    Close the karenji and make side kanji.and fry it oil ya ghee.

  11. 11

    And serve it.
