Heat the pan add ghee then add sooji Continously stir fry till golden brown and nicely smell in the medium flame

Then add milk,sugar and water leave for 3-4 min in medium flame

After that chopped the almond,cashew for garnishing and make the powder of green cardoman

After that when sooji halwa get smooth and soft Then add green cardamon powder on sooji halwa add 1 tbsp raisin, 1/2 of the chopped cashew and almond and kept half for garnishing

After adding nuts and raisin stir fry for one min

Then take the plate pour the sooji halwa and then garnish with nuts and raisin add 2 tsp of ghee also for garnishing
