1 tbspdeshee ghee
1 tbspamchur
1 tbspred chilli
1/2 tbspturmeric
2 tbspcoriander powder
3chopped green chilli
1 pinchheeng
to tasteSalt

Boil chane and strain water.

Add ghee in kadai add heeng cumin seeds till crackle now add green chilli and all spices.

Add chana now mix well all masala wrap around chana.

Garma garam kala chana is ready to eat
