Ingredients

  1. 1 cupShelled Peas approx for each person
  2. 2Boiled and peeled and cubed potatoes -
  3. 1/2 tspGarlic minced
  4. 1/2 tspGinger minced
  5. 1/2 tspCumin / jeera seeds
  6. salt - as per taste
  7. 1-2green chillies -
  8. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put a wok/kadhai on the gas and put oil in it.

  2. 2

    Add jeera and let it splutter. add green chillies

  3. 3

    Put cubed potatoes and stir well

  4. 4

    Put garlic and ginger mince with salt

  5. 5

    Add peas now and mix everything really well.

  6. 6

    Put a lid on the wok and let it cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    After 10 minute check the doneness of peas. if done then put off the gas stove

  8. 8

    Garnish with green coriander.

  9. 9

    Serve with lemon juice and green chutney.

  10. 10

    Enjoy.
