Ingredients

  • 2broiler chickens (3 - 3.5 pounds) cut into 8 pieces
  • 1/2 cupdijon mustard
  • 2/3 cuphoney
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine
  • 1 pinchcayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 1 tbspparsely
  • 1 tbspcurry
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspfresh ginger
  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 1/4 cupworcestershire sauce
  • 1 cloveof garlic per chicken
  • 3 sliceof butter per chicken

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    mix all ingredients except the butter and 1 clove of garlic per chicken

  2. 2

    preheat oven to 350°F

  3. 3

    cut open chicken and add the 3 slices of butter and 1 clove of garlic per piece of chicken

  4. 4

    bake for 45 minutes to an hour
